21 pages of hot mess (approx. 5250) which is odd, since it was actually more pages on the Neo than yesterday but somehow didn’t translate to the same when I transferred it!
line of the day: Her laugh matched the junk around them, rusty and full of sharp spikes.
Man, the closer I get to the end in terms of page count, the more convinced I am this book is not only going to be longer, but that I haven’t even tapped everything that’s going into it…
Not necessarily a bad thing. Just…interesting.

Another good line of the day. I can almost hear that laugh.

by Megan Hart November 11th, 2008 at 5:54 pmThe thought of there being a longer book makes me smile.
by Jen November 11th, 2008 at 7:06 pmMore is better! Well, in your case, anyway.
@Jen: ok, seriously…this book is a steaming pile of mess right now and I’m not so sure about it other than I really love it anyway.
by Megan Hart November 11th, 2008 at 8:52 pmLove the line! Very evocative…one that would stick with me when I read it, kind of like in Dirty, when Dan looked like he’d never smiled before, or when he was kind or demanding, or demandingly kind, or kindly demanding. Love that wordplay.
