I wish I still watched LOST so I could be all excited about it and screaming and running around my basement saying OMG NO WAY!
But…I haven’t watched since season three? Four, maybe? I keep meaning to get caught up on DVD (because the first season of lost, and even into the second, I LOVED it!!! LOOOOOOOVED.) But I just don’t. Too much else to watch I haven’t caught up on, and I just don’t care.
I miss the experience of loving LOST. Not the show itself. I miss the excitement and thrill and OMG NO WAY bits of it. I don’t really miss the plot, the characters or anything like that.
Still. I’m sort of sad I’m not watching it.

Yeah, I wish I still watched too but after season 3 they lost me. It just became what felt to me like a pretentious mess of trying to outdo each and every twist instead of what I originally signed up for, a story group a plane crash survivors on a mysterious island. Instead it’s become all about a scientific organization and the back stories of IT’S members as opposed to the characters we came to love in season 1.
by Nancy February 3rd, 2010 at 11:21 amI’m still watching it. I’m not getting the “OMG NO WAY” moments though. All I got last night was “WTF?”. “Huh?” “I’m too stupid to figure all this out”. Seriously.
by Fiction Vixen February 3rd, 2010 at 2:24 pmI stopped watching it about the same time as you. I missed a few weeks and then couldn’t get caught up. I miss that time with my second son. The two of us were the only ones in the family who watched it. I guess I stopped when he left for college. It’s one of those shows where it’s more fun to share.
by Susan Gourley February 3rd, 2010 at 6:40 pmYup, Lost stopped doing it for me too.
On a side note, I just finished reading Switch and I LOOOOVED it!

by Megan Hart February 6th, 2010 at 5:56 pm@Susan Gourley: It really was. I’m sad I lost interest.
