First round of edits (the handwritten sort)– FINISHED.
Next step: entering all the corrections into the document and adding all the bits and bobs I’ve determined I still need, in other words, a little bit of writing, but not a whole lot. A couple of scenes, a few extra lines. Some fleshing out and filling in.
The beginning’s a hot mess, but the end…? The end is pretty freaking good.
Except I have a headache, darnit. Oh, and yeah, have to take the kids to the pool, run a neighbor to work, hit a baseball game later. So that means I can’t really work on the edits…unless I take the laptop. Not sure of how that would work at the pool. Or at the game. But it’s why I bought it, so I guess I’d better see how it works.
Or I could take my Neo and work on either the BoomBoomPow or my short story.
Actually, I’d like to take a nap.
