@Judith: Never been a big Bond fan, but I loved Casino Royale and Craig’s Bond! So yes, I’d like to see Quantum of Solace.

Pattinson is painfully gorgeous, no? The fourth book is one big happy, so don’t expect any real surprises.

But what about Mr Bond this weekend? Less straight up beautiful, but a world more manly, scrappy and loin firing. I loved Casion Royale to an unhealthy extent and am cautiously optimistic about Quantum.

I am still trying to get through the 4th book. I read the first three all in a row in a couple of weeks. I liked them but didn’t LOVE them. I LOVED The Host though.

I am lucky enough to be going to a private screening of the movie on the Monday after it opens. I am hoping it will be mostly an older audience. I don’t like squeeing during the movie!

Don’t get me wrong, I really really liked the first one! And I *liked* the others but I’m not as into them as some people are. But that doesn’t mean they’re not good.

I don’t think he knows what’s coming either! Already there are girls on campus talking about going to the theater and can you get tickets for it yet stuff.

Meh.

The fourth book is kinda disappointing. It took me nearly a week to finish it so that says a lot from me.

I’ve not read the Twilight series, but I did see Robert Pattinson when he was in the fourth Harry Potter movie. I would hope that his time working on that movie would prepare him, at least a little, for what he’s getting himself into with his role as Edward.

@Rachel: I really liked the first book, the others in the series a bit less (but still enjoyed them!) Haven’t read the last one yet. I’m looking forward to the movie, though, it looks great, and since the first book was my favorite, the movie should be fab!

I haven’t written a vampire series, but I’ve written a couple vampire stories. I used to looooove vampires and then got a little vamped out. Vamp overload. I do *like* vampires but tend to enjoy them as scary rather than all lovey dovey…or a combination of both would be great!
